You are more likely to conceive 3 days prior to ovulation through 2-3 days after ovulation. Sperm can live inside your body for 3-5 days after intercourse. However, once you ovulate an egg is viable for only 24-48 hours.

Women who have a 28 to 32 day cycle will ovulate between cycle day 11 through cycle day 21. For those women their fertile period is cycle day 11 through cycle day 21.
